CHID: 5257

Question

Hello, Can you help me, I've just tried to install two new games from a CD and the following message has appeared in a gray box.

C:/WINDOWS\STSTEM321AUTOEXC.NT.The system file is not suitable for running
MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application.

I've tried to install some old games and get the same message.

Could you please tell me what's wrong and how I can reinstall the game?

Answer

Following the steps in the below document should resolve this issue.

As far as reinstalling the game, inserting the floppy diskettes / CD back into the computer and re-running the setup or install will reinstall the game.
