Question

I have like a web bar or tool bar on my desktop that has a search feature that wont go away no matter how many spyware programs I run. I also have norton internt sec 05. the only info i can get from this tool bar is this address in properties- http://lop.com/passthrough/newpass2.html
Can you help me get this off PLEASE!!!
