WHILE I SHUTDOWN THE COMPUTER IT WILL
TAKE LONG TIME TO SHUTDOWM PROPERLY I DON'T KNOW
WETHER THE PROBLEM IS ARRISED DUE TO SOME SOFTWARE
PRBLEM ARE WINDOWS INSTALLING PROBLEM SO PLS GUIDE ME
HOW TO OVERCOME THIS???

Often this issue is caused by other programs that are running in the background that are either taking a long time to shutdown or not properly shutting down causing Windows to wait for the programs.

Unfortunately it can be difficult to determine which program is causing this issue so it can be difficult to resolve the issue. What I would first suggest you try is close all TSR programs or programs running in the background before shutting Windows down. This will allow you to determine if this is the cause of your issue. If the computer still takes a long time to shutdown after closing all the TSR's and background programs it may be another issue. However, if it does resolve the issue you will need to determine which one of these programs is causing your issue.
