Question

I'm not sure how many of these facts have to do with the problem but I will include all just in case.
One month ago I tried to download pictures from my camera, which I have done before, but it wouldn't let me. Because of not wanting to wrestle with the computor I took my camera to two different printing stations. Neither recognized any pictures on the memory card, even though my camera did. (The photo centers recognize Jpeg which the pictures were saved as) Thinking the problem may be the amount of pictures I had saved, I decided to sit down and delete some. After deleting around 20 pic's my camera froze. At first I thought it was the camera but after some messing around I realized the camera works fine once I take the memory card out. I'm desperate to retreive my pictures as they include a recent trip to Brazil. Can you help????

Unfortunately we are not sure exactly what would cause this type of issue. It's possible that the issue could be caused by a bad or very corrupt memory card which unfortunately you yourself cannot diagnose and fix. If these pictures are very important and because no local photo center can read the cards you may want to consider contacting a data recovery center which specializes in recovering corrupt or missing data.
