How can i download a .exe file if the admin blocks downloading such files. i tried to change the ending link to .txt but dont know what to do next.

Even if you were to change the the extension of what the file is on your computer, the file you're downloading is still a .exe file. In order to change the actual file extension you would need to change it on the server you're downloading the file from.

Regarding getting around this, it's likely a policy setting. However, Computer Hope does not assist in helping users hack or bypass security settings. If you really need past this we suggest contacting the administrator.
