I purchased your Norton Antivirus 2005 program online. When I try to install it, it goes to the setup screen and tries to intialize and does nothing. So basically it freezes trying to intialize the setup. It says intializing... Can you please help me.

It's possible that another program running in the memory or background is causing this issue to occur, try rebooting the computer into safe mode and run the setup through safe mode.

If setup cannot be done through safe mode try closing all TSR's and programs running in the background and run setup again.
