Question

the above computer turns its self off when we try to boot from a new window XP home disc. we have replaced the motherboard with an ASUS, the hard drive to samsung, and the video card. the two things we have not changed is the power supply and the memory. We have remove all non essental hardware, double checked the MOB hook up. It starts in safe mode then once is starts to boot form the disc it turns off.
