Question

Yea my pc was full of bugs and viruses it ran so slow and it had so much stuff on it. So I decided to format my drive and reinstall windows when i was done.. I found my system restoration cd but it has a big crack in it probably from when i moved and now ican reinstall it and i cant do anything on it im so mad i need help what can i do.

You will need to contact the manufacturer of your CD and obtain a new CD. Computer Hope cannot mail any new software or hardware to users.
