Microsoft Outlook. Using this feature the user can click one
to quickly see a mail file without opening it. Outlook 2000
has this feature built into it.

This pst19upg.exe utility was originally designed to upgrade the PST format to version 19. One of the utilities side effects is that it can strip out PST passwords.
The file can be used to recover passwords you may have forgotten
on your PST files.
