TweakUI enables a user to configure settings with Windows that would otherwise be difficult.
Installation Notes:
Use a compression utility to extract the files within the download to a separate folder. Once extracted right-click on tweakui.inf (setup information file) and click Install. Once the install is completed TweakUI can be run from the Control Panel.
