Ok I was doing a full scan with AVG, then I cut off strangely this has never happened to me before so I don't no what's wrong, I tried to boot in again then i cut off again :-\ :-[ It was scanning my Windows folder when it happened.  knowing it now il probably cut off in A minute :-[

does anyone know what's wrong?  :-[

Ok I haven't cut off in safe mode so there must be something wrong with going into normal mode, im running A scan on safe mode at the moment using Windows defender.
