On start up or reboot I get this error message but cant find anything on this file and what it is associated with please help. Here is the message.

X RunDLL There was a problem starting C:\Users\Office\AppData\Local\ENIpsdvi.dll

Office is the name given to my computer when I installed 7.  Please help
