Can somebody help me, where did you get the Hope Bot? Did you make it and do you know where I could get one, I looked all over google for "mibbit bot and irc bot"

Hopebot was created by the owner of this site. It's programmed in Perl. Try searching for "php irc bot".

Hopebot was created by myself after years of development that continues to this day. As mentioned above he is a Perl bot, and is using the Net:IRC package to connect to IRC and a few other packages to perform other special features such as doing a Internet search. Everything else I've written myself. A good starting point for Net:IRC is at: http://wholok.com/irc/
