I have been disallowed from sending the customer service a complaint...

I tried to report a rude helper in the chat and was denied the capability of reporting.  I was threatened with banning and expulsion several times after I, some time ago, told the individual that he could at least say , "thank you" when someone expressed their gratitude to him several times.

This time I was threated with expulsion several times upon my arrival with references to the prior incident.  I tried to copy/paste the chat into the customer service window and it said that it was denied.

I then tried to send just the complaint and received the same response.

I do not believe that you want this kind of vindictive behavior to be the norm on this site/related chat and would hope that someone can get this to the Administrator for remedial action.  I have the entire chat copied and saved so if he or someone is interested, pls contact me.

The first complaint about this rude individual was unanswered.  I hope that this one will warrant a response.

I just read the logs just to be sure coz i remember u tried to be arrogant when the helper asked u certain question abt ur problem after u asked for assistance. You accused the mod of something .. u were asked to stick to the issue, but u started being more arrogant.

Most Importantly, if u remember .. you also threatened the mod.. in the end.


P.S: I replied to this thread this way . coz I hate lairs

 As far as when I helped and fixed your issue and I left my computer keyboard and missed your thanks is a very minor thing.   IRC may seem a rude place at first until you get used to it. However it seems every time you come to chat you look for reason to bicker and complain. I suggest you use the forums until you get yourself an attitude adjustment. We are all volunteers and multitask while helping so it may be other then you thinking we are rude.

I'm 100% sure the forums are more suited for your needs. It may take a bit longer then chat, but you will get quality/detailed help and also be able to keep better track of the issue and what has been tried.
