Zipped files

I had to delete my Cyberscrub because of a problem.  Cyberscrub have sent me a download so that I can re-instal.  The problem is that the download they sent is a zipped file and I cannot open it.  I use Windows XP Home and have downloaded the file into "My documents"   Can someone tell me hat to do?  

Windows XP should be able to open .ZIP extension files. It may be .RAR
