Can some help me out here please. Some how my password for this new computer isn't working on win7, I have a admin acct and standard user. with out password. is there any way I can reset it from a standard user acct.

Thought a puter was used in golf!!

What are you refering to exactly? If you are reading the first article, i suggest you re-read it. It says nothing about burning an iso!

Is that the only way to do it i guess right, do you know how to enable the hidden administrator acct on Win7?

Yes, first find lost admin password (follow link in post #3)

ntpasswd has really helped me out in the past. It allows you to clear passwords for selected user accounts and can be booted with a USB or CD.

Well, that utility has been around a long time and is easily Googled and often referred to on forums. Personally, I don't have a problem with it. If one of the other mods does he'll edit the thread.
