How do you remove previously searched items on your computer. Right if I search for something it brings up previous search close to the word I am currently searching for.

Click on the blank search window on your home page, and a list of all your searches will display. Position your pouse pointer over the top item, and press and hold down the delete key.

You know that blank area where you type in the word or phrase you want to search? (I'm going to assume you use Google or Yahoo, but correct me if I'm wrong). Well instead of typing something in it, just click on it with your mouse, and a list of all the previous searches you've done should appear.
