I only installed this 5 days ago but I'm going to go ahead and post a recommendation for it.  It's a clipboard manager that installs as a gadget on the Sidebar in Windows Vista and Windows 7.  I'm using it with Windows 7 and I like it very much.

For those of you who may never have used a clipboard utility that provides enhanced clipboard functionality beyond the standard Windows clipboard, the main advantage of a clipboard manager is that it holds many copy actions in memory, not just the most recent.  With Clipboard Manager, you can set the amount of hard drive space to be used for storing clipboard items.  You can clear all items stored with a two clicks or you can selectively delete items from the clipboard.  You can search retained clipboard history via a filter/search box on the gadget.
