HiJack This Link Error

When I clicked the hijack this link from Computer Hope http://go.trendmicro.com/free-tools/hijackthis/HiJackThis.msi

I was directed to a webpage that had a bunch of characters.
Instead I had to access it outside Computer Hope.
Wanted to bring this to your attention, and see if anybody else had this problem or if it's my PC doing it wrong.
