Beeps are 'codes' which are used to pinpoint problems.

when I turn on my pc it has a one beep like every 5 second

Is that more than one beep ??

you need to find out the make and model of your PC. Your motherboard manufacturs website site wiil have a list of beep codes. You need to count exactly who many beeps !!

after I get to work with it and window loads theres a box that says " Failed to connect to a windows service      Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service services. This problem prevents limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for detailss about  why the service didn't respond.

Could be hard drive failure.

after I get to work with it and window loads theres a box that says " Failed to connect to a windows service      Windows could not connect to the System Event Notification Service services. This problem prevents limited users from logging on to the system. As an administrative user, you can review the System Event Log for detailss about  why the service didn't respond.

Have you logged on as Admin ??

Try to run 'scannow'

or a clean boot
