This is the standard way to start from 'hibernation/sleep' mode. That's how it is...  there is no problem to fix.

Obviously the above post does not relate to your question.  Did it ever work correctly or has it always been this way.

in short time period(less 5 min), standby mode works properly.
i even disabled all network adapters but problem is still available.
when i press any key to wake the laptop up, the light on power button be turned on but immediately it will shut down and every thing be turned off.
i will have to press power button to turn on the laptop.
i just know when it goes to standby mode, it tries to comeback but it becomes shut down completely because of a problem.

Press & release Power button wakes it up.

my problem is that when i press power button(or any key) for waking it up.it wont wake up
and it will be shut down and get off.
when it gets off i have to press power button to turn on laptop.
my problem is not its shortcuts
my problem is that standby mode does not work
when it goes standby mode, in fact it will be shut down.
i never talked about how to go standby mode

Maybe some help here:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Turn-off-a-computer-frequently-asked-questions

Can I change what happens when I click the Power button on my computer?

By default, Windows puts your computer to sleep when you click the Power button. However, you can change the default setting so that clicking the button causes your computer to sleep, hibernate, or shut down. (Any changes you make will also apply to the physical power button on the computer itself.) To change the default setting:

Open Power Options by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Power Options.

On the Select a power plan page, click Change plan settings under the selected plan.

On the Change settings for the plan page, click Change advanced power settings.

On the Advanced settings tab, expand Power buttons and lid, expand Start menu power button, and then do one of the following:

If you are using a mobile PC, click On battery or Plugged in (or both), click the arrow, and then click Sleep, Hibernate, or Shut Down.

If you are using a desktop computer, click Setting, click the arrow, and then click Sleep, Hibernate, or Shut Down.

Click OK, and then click Save changes.

This is normal & designed to work that way.  My HP laptop does it this way.

but my laptop wont wakes up, when i press power button or any key.
i have to press power button again to turn on laptop not to wake up the laptop
it mean that the laptop boot windows again, start windows again.
