Computer Hope - Always For Your Help

« on: August 30, 2005, 07:33:00 AM »

When i am not connected to internet,
if i want to view previously visited (while i was online) web pages ,
i can do this by selecting  file menu -> work offline
and then go to the history folder and visit the desired pages.

But through this process, I have seen that certain pages open and  certain pages  do not open.
what' s the reason for some pages not opening??

You may not have downloaded all of the contents for offline viewing.

I never make use of this function, since I have cable, but if I were you I would select 'store as' so that you are certain it downloads what you are looking it.

Hi

For some days there are lots of thunder and rain in my locality.

As some devices of my cable internet service provider are destroyed due to this

they are often closing the internet connection and disconnecting the network

and again giving the internet connection 10 or 12 hours later

In these times i have to view offline.
