I have to agree with soybean on this, it's  vague, and regardless of what the ambiguity resolves to (what three browsers?) it's simply wrong.

How would IE, Firefox, Safari, or Opera be more "secure" than Chrome, and on what basis did you come to this conclusion? And Why only compare to three, when there are at least four others in common use (noted above).

forget the typo error.
That is the purpose of quoting before I made that statement. It is generally directed to the query without being more specific. She asked secure and I said all 3 (of course without definitely naming) are better that most computer users know IE ,FF or Goggle Chrome. It is a recommendation not a comparison. Of course being popular means widely used and better today means later/latest versions more stable,compatible to different Windows OS (XP to 7)except for IE9 which is for Vista and Win 7 system only.
