Go to this link to create a Rescue CD or to this site to create a Rescue USB. Carefully follow all the instructions for whichever method you choose.

The rescue cds didn't work. But I will tell you this I was finally able to boot from my Windows cd and do a fresh install thank you guys for everything.

You're welcome. It's too bad it had to come to that but some infections damage the files so badly that there's no other option. I will lock this thread. If you need it re-opened, please send me a pm.
