Huh? As I said the mast is between 2 and 3 miles away. I'm not sure what the recommended distance is, and don't ask me how the upload can be faster than the download - I haven't a clue.

EDIT: I "haven't" a club, rather...

Don't know, but I've just replied to the consumer agency as it's 10 days since I got a reply from 3.

Shouldn't you just contact them again? Maybe call instead of email if you haven't already.

Oh, and don't let 'm tell you that they'll call you back ...

I have contacted them - multiple times by email and phone. The thing is when you call them you just get their call centre in India. I have told them I don't want to call anyway, as to keep everything in writing.

Yeah. I hate these big cable companies always screwing over their customers. So what's it like talking to Indian tech support?

They can be helpful at times, until you get someone with a very strong accent. Tech support can't really do anything anyway, as I said

The only solution I see is to erect another mast(s), which will obviously cost thousands so they're going to avoid it if at all possible.

Wow, not seen that pick for a while. And I mean that. Funny as... of course.

Spiritual guidance and lonely Indian nights.
