I can't run age of empires 3???

Well, without knowing what model the chipset or motherboard actually is, the problem is likely that it's an Intel video chipset.

Intel chipsets are worthless for gaming. They just don't have the power that ATI/AMD and nVidia cards have. Not even close. Most 3D games won't play well (or at all) on an Intel chipset.

Microsoft has a whole list of cards that AoE3 won't run on, which includes 13 Intel chipsets. See if yours is in that list:

you can buy cheapest for your laptop but i think it will not suitable for you and also not give you good serve. so its only depends on you and your model. but i think you need not to buy new pc.

I have a great idea for this problem so you will not have it again...

want to have a one fix to all, don't buy something before you know the minimum requirements. Also ask someone before you do and know what ask them. These three things might help you out a lot
