How do i make the download speed in bittorrent faster? im downloading halo 2  (2.82GB) and it is taking alot of time i know that i can wait but when i use internet the download speed goes to 50-60kbps (normal/average  is 100kbps) and when i use two tabs it goes down to 20kbps...what shud i do? i have to do sumthin so i have to go to internet! help

If I'm not mistaken, Halo is a retail product and not available for LEGAL download as a torrent. Accordingly, we cannot be of assistance.

My ISP throttles Torrent and Usenet downloads at peak times, which annoys me as I only download Linux distros...

Some, if not most, torrent sites. are over the edge of decent behavior. They will invite your to porn sites and offer you all the spyware you never want. After any download you will need to run a virus scan again.
If you really must must a P2P, do it in the early morning hours.

There is a difference between attempting to adhere to forum rules by not providing help with the use of torrents or their websites and making up nonsense about the latter.
