WordPress for mobile. How?

Someone seed WordPress does not look god on a smartphone.
How can I make my WordPress page readable on a mobile device? I have  no experience with adjusting the standard WordPress formant so that it will a mobile device to show a readable page.

You can experiment with it and see the results using something like Screenfly.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.
