    problem with I browsers

    I have an error from all browsers...
    1.Google chrome dont open,
    2.IE will open and close
    3same with other programs
    4.at firefox apper an error who say:The exception unknown software 0xc0000417 occurred in the application at location 0x78b2ae6e. :-\

    I cant enter on internet..pls help..-this message was sent from another computer .
     If you cant tell me about 1, 2, 3, tell me about 4. pls

    I have the impression you have an Internet connection problem, not a browser problem.  So, let's pursue this avenue first.  Open a Command Prompt panel; to do that - Start, All Programs, Accessories, and select Command Prompt.  Then, type ping www.computerhope.com and hit Enter.  What did it report for Packets Sent, Received, and Lost?

    Doesn't sound like a connection problem to me if the browsers won't even open. I'm going to guess malware. Please follow the instructions in the following link and post your logs in the thread you create (NOT in this thread):

      I aleardy have norton 360 all in one 2012 with license...does he can remove malware...and my network is fine..I can play online games but problem is browsers

      It's up to you whether or not you follow my suggestion. Personally, I'd want to know for sure one way or the other.
