user account in win server 2003

Hai all.....
I have a question here...how do i create an account in win server 2003 which only can upload,download and manage the IIS (web server) web content?

Hi Max,

Here is Moiz, Just follow these simple step.
1. Right click on My cmputer. Go on Manage
2. Go to user and group.
3. In user folder, create ur's user name and put the password for that.
4. finish
