    profile does not work

    Hi -
    I am using Windows 7 and IE 9.  I want to get my profile up to date but I have a problem.  When I get to the place where I am to enter the OS I am using, the form keeps moving.  It is slowly (fast enough that I can not use it) scrolling down.  What am I doing wrong?    Thanks for help.   Bob

    What are you talking about ??? if you are talking about your windows user profile you can't do anything with it if you are logged into it?

    What form is moving? Please try to be just as clear as  possible.

    You have a multi boot PC?

    Bob must be talking about updating his CH Forum Profile. Just went to check on this using IE9 as I believe is the one preferred to by the OP. As stated on his post, it was scrolling upwards while viewing from the bottom page where he is trying to change or update some information. Have tried to access again my profile in Firefox but the problem is not existent. Might just wanna try using FF instead or temporarily as Admin would look into the problem if anybody might notice it.

      I am glad you saw what I saw.  Sometimes I think I am the only one with some problem and it is my fault.  I am not very smart about computers so I will wait for an Admin to look into the problem.  I do not want to try using FF as I have enough trouble using Windows 7 without bringing in another OS.  Thanks for your help.    Bob

        Bob, Firefox is not an OS - it is a browser just like IE. You can install it and use it whenever you like, or use IE instead. It does NOT replace IE, it's just another piece of software on your system that you can use or not. Most folks have more than one browser installed. Just go ahead and download Firefox.
