I have  tried various spyware adware removal tools

(spybot etc) but cannot free my computer of these

popups and I.E. highjackers.  I  there any hope?

Is is possible to manually remove these from the windows directory?

Thanks

You perhaps have not used them to their fullest extend. I suggest you reconfigure the spyware scanners you have been using.

One important thing is to allow the Spyware scanner to boot at start-up.

If you don't know the answer, it isn't a dumb question.
