CD-Rom

i just wanted to know why my CD-Rom isnt working now? i used it last night & it was working fine!! + its a brand new comp

I haven't got the slighest clue.

You should really provide us with more information, 'used it last night & it was working fine' isn't really going to get any of us anywhere.

I suggest you scan for viruses, check the cabling, test the CD-ROM drive on another PC. But first, see if Windows XP is showing any errors in the device manager.
