Email address required for M/Office re Office 2010

In 2012 I purchased (by email) and received a letter from M/Office to download Microsoft Office 2010.

I am now trying to download (as I am entitled to) a copy for my new notebook (Windows 10) assuming it will accept the program.

I am having difficulty in completing a download.   I now cannot contact the people in question (I can attach a copy of the email if wanted)
I cannot ring the US as I am in Australia and would prefer to email anyway.

Surely someone in the US knows the address of Microsoft (email address that is) - as I cannot ring from Australia.

I really wanted to email them.   I did ring M/S in Sydney, but I could not understand nor hear them  - I gave them my email address but I doubt they will reply.   I was going to explain everything to them.
