    i have a easeus todo free version i keep on getting the error message please close other program? i can not get free tech support because it is free. It is the latest version juct downloaded yesterday from their website

    All apps need to be closed down for Easus to do a proper backup...
    I'd also recommend disconnecting from the net and turning off your protection apps temporarily...
