Only SSD appearing on Computer - Can't save files on Hard Drive
    « on: September 05, 2016, 02:56:12 PM »
Hello! Recently a friend and I built a new PC running Windows 10. This build had 2 SSDs installed along with my 1TB Seagate harddrive. However, a friend who helped with the building process apparently only set it up so that only the SSD shows up under my computer. How can I make it so my computer will see the hard drive and other SSD?

Go to disk management and format the new hard drive.

Go to START - RUN - and type: diskmgmt.msc (then press ENTER)

Disk Management will open. Find the hard drive and it should show as unallocated space. Right-click on the drive and choose FORMAT (make certain you select the correct drive). Here's a more detailed explanation: http://www.disk-partition.com/windows-10/format-hard-drive-windows-10-0528.html
