Hi All,
I am looking for a cordless speaker phone that I can connect to a old OptiPlex 755. I will use this for Skype meetings only. The OS is Windows 7 64 bit. I have seen a ton of the ones out there using blue tooth but this machine doesn't have a blue tooth interface. Something like the Meeteasy MVOICE 1000-B Wireless Bluetooth Speakerphone would work fine except it is Bluetooth. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am going to try the speakerphone with a Bluetooth dongle.

Plantronics Calisto P620-M - speaker phone

Can I use this dongle setup if I already have a dongle for a wireless keyboard and mouse?
