I need some help! I use a Belkin USB to Serial VGA adapter to program some Casio cash registers. With windows XP I would plug the usb in and a green light would stay lit on the adapter. With windows 10 the green light stays lit for 10 seconds and then goes off. I've tested the cord on a few old XP computers and it work fine. There is no driver that gets installed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
