Recently (on many occasions) my pc shut off and a blue background with white words appeared:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage. It asked to check for driver and BIOS updates.
Tech infor:
stop 0x0000008e
win32k.sys - address bf82735b

Need advise on what is wrong.

Did you even try a google search? I did and got LOTS of hits. Here is the first:

Please post as much information about your computer, operating system, and problem as possible, what happened prior to problems, etc. Too much info is OK, too little is pointless! Don't just say "My computer doesn't work. What's wrong?"
