Hey! I've recent been unable to play any of my games for mroe than five minutes before a crash.  Sometime the game locks up/closes and gets a windows error report and other times my computer restarts.  I've recently installed a new graphics driver from Nvidia, I use a Geforce   5600.  I downloaded the Quadro one for Windows XP professional (My operating system..). The games I play are Neverwinter Nights and World of Warcraft.. Any help would really be nice, thank you!

How well do the games perform prior to the crash?

Moved? As in, moved the computer, or moved to another house?

To another house, but as I play Neverwinter offline and it still crashs, I doubt its the cable.. The computer runs fine save for the games.

Try using the Geforce & TNT2 drivers instead of the Quadro ones.

Alright, tried again and got that one installed, it seems to be in properly as I can scroll without lag now.  If this fixed the problem or not i'm not sure, I'll get into a game and be back shortly.

Has it ever played these games properly?
You could try some legacy drivers from the nvidia site, they are on the left hand side of the page.
Have you checked the game websites for fixes & patches?
I'm sure the drivers you now have are the right ones for you. (84.21)

Very weird then.. Yes, they've always played perfectly up until now and no new patchs have been released.  I'll try the legacy drivers but.. Feh.  This is weird.  Thanks though!

As you have moved house & obviously moved the computer I'd check that all the cards, ram & plugs are secure inside the computer.
(Take the normal ESD precautions before touching anything inside)

Might as well point out that with World of Warcraft (The newer and more graphical game) the computer only crashs, with the other it usually locks up and doesnt effect the computer in a whole.  But check the cards? Alright.. So, how does one ground theirself again?

Ground yourself by touching sheet metal inside the case when the computer is off and plugged in.

After you have done a physical check of the computer you should look at testing your ram and checking your heat levels.
