HEEEEELPPP!!!!!!!

Okay, so I'm playing the Sims, and I just created an furnished a brand new house which took me forever. I have this random guy living in there, but what I want to do, is i want to create a new family and put them in there instead. WITH all the furniture and everything.

If I evict the guy in there now, will he take all the furniture with him so that if I try to move a new family in there I'll have to refurnish it all?
If so, is there any way I can make this not happen?

HELP,.

Get the families to marry/move in together, then while the DESIRED family is in, they will live in the house WITH the guy and his furniture.

Now for the sad part, make a room with 1x1 tiles, close it in (duh), kill him!!!

Now for the fun part... See how many times and in how many CREATIVE ways you can kill him!
Theres the drowning one, fire, boredom, ect ect.

Evicting him will take all the stuff away. Do what Tien said and just kill him off.
