Please post as much information about your computer, operating system, and problem as possible, what happened prior to problems, etc. Too much info is OK, too little is pointless! Don't just say "My computer doesn't work. What's wrong?"

I suppose you have a laptop. Do you have the laptop's documentation? A cd with manual or a plain manual book? It should have the answer there. And, when you connect to internet, do you use a modem or a router? Maybe that equipment has a problem and not your computer. It happens often?
Bluetooth is a standard for mobile phones communication. It is very-very seldom used on computers (because of the transfer rates).

What makes you think your computer has a bluetooth transceiver?

Because somebody at geek squad told me "If bluetooth is on turn it off" And I was wondering, is there some software or something I have to install to enable my bluetooth?

What I mean is, when you bought your computer, did anyone tell you it had Bluetooth capabilities?  It's not often there by default.  Usually you'd have to buy a Bluetooth adapter.

No, no one said anything about Bluetooth capabilities..Then again, I bought it online. But it still didn't say anything about that..How much does a blue tooth adapter often go for?
