??I found an Emachine T1600 in a neighbors trash (my mom inlaw actually found it  and she knows i love tinkering), fully intact, i am trying to get it running but when i push the power button all i get is the cpu fan running and an amber lihgt on the HD., i tried the cmos clearing jumper but it didnt work, the neighbor is unavailable for questions unfortunately, i am not sure if its the bios, cmos or the power supply. Any ideas or someone who has had this problem before? ???
