Losing connection with lan games

  Whenever I try to play a game over my lan or over the internet, after only a few minutes of playing, my computer drops out and I'm back to my desktop. I have checked everything. Reformatted the hard drive, neww memory, new nic card, new fans. Nothing helps. Any ideas ?
