 :'( :'( :'(CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME!!! WHENEVER I INSERT A GAME CD THE INSTALL SHIELD WILL HAVE AN ERROR IN RUNNING IT!!! BUT IF IT IS A CD AUDIO OR JUST A DRIVE RCD IT WORKS AND INSTALLS IT!!!!! I CANT INSTALL ANY GAME!!!! PLEASE REPLY ASAP!!! SOME BODY HELP E!!!!!!!!! :'( :'( :'( :'(

Please refrain from posting messages with more smileys, exclamanations marks or anything else than you have to. Also, turning off caps-lock is a good idea too.

Scan for viruses, trojans and spyware.

Can you not install a game by manually opening the CD-drive? When did this problem first occur?
