everytime i run my zonealarm antivirus/spyware i pick this up but can't remove this.  Does anyone know of a way i can get this off my system.

Please post as much information about your computer, operating system, and problem as possible, what happened prior to problems, etc. Too much info is OK, too little is pointless! Don't just say "My computer doesn't work. What's wrong?"

I've tried that. none of those sites really give a good explanation on how to remove it.

Run your scan(s) in safe mode with system restore turned off.
