streaming

I am trying to set up on older computer that has windows 98 with the internet. We are connected but when I try to get streaming from a radio station I recieve the error message:  Specified stream is not recognized.  The error code is C00D0026

Using Win 98 or Win 98SE?  Are you using Windows Media Player?  Which version?
