graphics Card

Please can you help me Girlfriend bought me Sudoko game for Xmas and i cant load it it comes up and says  graphics  something missing
Please how do i find  graphics  to check it out to see if i can find what it says is missing
It loads on her PC ok just mine it isnt
I have other games anddont have any trouble
