Unable to log into new forums

If you're having issues logging into the new forums and were an old forum member please try the below suggestions.

Note: If you've never had a username you can register a free new account here.

1. When  logging into the new forums make sure you're using your username and not your alias. You'll be unable to log in using your alias.

2. If you don't remember your username or are still unable to log in use the password reminder and enter your e-mail address you used to register the account.
