Chances are, since you are here on this forum, you have installed some sort of software before.

Have any of you ever read the standard agreements that are displayed before installing?

Just out of curiosity

Quite frankly, I have made a Macro on what do do in my head

Long time ago when i was installing a my first game on windows 98, i read the licence agreements and I found it incredibly boring [lol] and since then, i have never one and i always press agree.

As for readme, I keep them until i start the program and know how to use it, then i delete it.

I never ever read the license agreements.
They're too long and boring.
I go through about the same steps as you Zylstra, but I almost never choose to start it then, I'm not sure why.
I also make sure it doesn't go putting shortcuts here, there and everywhere, especially in my non-existent Quick Launch toolbar.

Awesome, nice find!
I'm using that the next time I install something, if I remember to.
By the way, who voted Yes?
